Sales Associate：提前一周到岗
RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
1. To execute effectively store operation to meet company standard. 有效执行符合公司标准的店铺营运。
2. To give brand standard of inspired customer service at all times. 持续为客户提供品牌倡导的高品质服务。
3. To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).了解客户需求并选择适合客户的销售方式来推介产品。具备良好的产品知识、并能提供有效的附加销售。
4. To understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures。知晓并有效操作所有收银流程。
5. To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets. 知晓店铺销售目标，并努力达成个人销售目标。
6. To participate in stocktaking as required and to ensure accurate counting of stock. 参与店铺盘点并确保店铺货品数量准确。
7. Assisting with delivery of stock, if required 协助店铺货物送递。
8. Assist and maintain VM standard, to provide a clean and inspired shopping environment to customers. 协助和维护 VM 标准，为客户提供一个干净、充满灵感的购物环境。
9. Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations. 对公司的政策和程序有透彻的了解，并始终遵守和执行公司的运营方针。
REQUREMENTS 要求:
？ To present oneself appropriately and in line with the brand image and company dress code. 个人形象符合品牌标准和公司着装要求。
？ To follow working schedule/shift according to store business request including weekend and holidays. 根据店铺营运需求服从排班（包括周末和节假日）。
？ To participate in stock takes outside of normal working hours to ensure a smooth operation at all times. 能在工作时间以外参与货品调配保证店铺运营顺利进行。
？ To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team. 执行管理人员分配的其他职责。
？ Service-oriented, passionate, hardworking and willing to learn. 具有较强的服务意识, 积极热情，工作努力有上进心。
？ Has experience in luxury or premium fashion brand. 有在奢侈品或高端服饰品牌工作经验。
