Principal Responsibilities:
61 Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls;
61 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
61 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
61 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
61 Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas;
61 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
61 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
61 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
61 Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
61 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
61 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
61 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
61 Excellent communication and presentation skills;
61 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
61 High school diploma.
Languages
61 Chinese;
61 English (spoken and written);
61 Russian is preferred.
